The Young Warrior Program is for ages 7 – 12. This program is designed to not only introduce the children to the martial arts (which of course they do a lot of) but to also introduce them to the the benefits of physical activity. This is done through team work, fun filled drills, as well as the benefits of goal setting both long term and short term. In addition they are given lessons in each class from our core values:

which will help guide them when it comes time to make good dissensions for those tough questions that they may face in those moments when you are not there to help them.
